SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our standard delivery services are for the Mainland UK only; if you are ordering outside the UK please contact us for availability and quotation. Deliveries for Mainland UK are £1.95 for orders under £50.00. Orders of £50.00+ delivery are free of charge. Once your order is confirmed and stock is available we will despatch your order as soon as possible, this may take 1 - 3 business days. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will notify you by email or phone to confirm that you still want to go ahead with the order.
You may cancel your contract (order) at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email us or write to us. If you cancel, we would request you to return the unused items with the original packaging and with the invoice as this will assist us with the return process, a refund will be given a.s.a.p (within 30 days). Anything ordered online must be returned by post using the address provided; no personal returns will be taken at our shop premises. Exchange, repair or refund will only be given on earrings if the hygiene seals are not removed or if the earrings are faulty; this is due to hygiene reasons. We recommend that you use registered or sign for postal services when returning our products, as we will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.
MAKING A CONTRACT WITH US
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, click on any products you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished click buy now and you will be asked details that we need to complete the order. By submitting an order to us through our web site, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the web site you confirm that you are the person referred to on the delivery address details supplied. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person in the billing address details supplied. When you place an order with us , you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and that price is correct and the goods are available, no payment is taken until we have accepted your order.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us, we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Anything ordered online must be returned by post using the address provided, no personal returns will be taken at our shop premises.
We try to be as accurate as possible with the product colour descriptions, please be aware that picture and description may vary slightly from product.
Please note that looking after your jewellery will help it looking great for longer. If applying perfume, cream or lotions let them dry before putting on your jewellery and never apply whilst wearing your jewellery. Do not bathe whilst wearing fashion jewellery. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

All transactions are handled using a secure third party company called Sage Pay. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All prices on our web site are inclusive of VAT @ 20%

Our shop is located in the beautiful coastal village of Mumbles (South Wales). We offer a wide variety of fashion jewellery, accessories and gifts which are selected to be exciting and different.
We also sell contemporary silver jewellery, gem stone and semi precious jewellery pieces.
All jewellery items ordered are supplied in our own presentation boxes, which make it a great gift. All other non jewellery items are not gift boxed unless stated in the description. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT @ 20%. Once your order has been processed your goods are sent out using Royal Mail 1st class sign for. P&P costs just £1.95 for orders up to £50.00, orders of £50.00+ P&P is free for Mainland UK. You can also click and collect from the Mumbles store.
